I just need a logo. can you help me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a logo-only service, but you might want to look into our YOUNIQUE ESSENTIALS or YOUNIQUE EXPRESS packages, which are ideal for those in need of basic brand identity assets.
Can I customize my package inclusions?
Yes! Here at YOUnique Studio, we are open to curating special proposals for custom packages that are catered to our clients' needs.
Do you offer payment plans? Or do I pay in full upon booking?
Yes, we do! We provide a 50-50 payment plan for our clients who wish to work with us. You pay 50% to reserve your slot and the remaining 50% before we officially hand over all the assets.
How long is the process?
It usually takes 2 weeks to curate a Brand Strategy. Brand Identity packages typically require 4 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of feedback and revisions.
Do you offer design retainer after we finish a project?
Absolutely! In fact, we include our Design Retainer packages in the turnover file for our YOUnique clients.
